What is Structural Chiropractic?

Understand the Basics...

Most people have have heard about the majority of chiropractors that are referred to as "conventional" chiropractors. However, what does that actually mean? Conventional chiropractors are chiropractors that focus their efforts on: decreasing muscule spasms, increasing range of motion, and decreasing pain. Most chiropractors practice just this way, and I believe that most of them are great at what they do. This type of chiropractic resides under the umbrella category of symptom relief or symptom management.

Structural Chiropractic

With Structural Chiropractice, we like to imagine that your spine is the foundation for a building. No suppose that the foundation was not level. Would you expect the floors to creak, the walls to crack, the windows and doors to get stuck or at least to not open and close correctly? Well in this instance, you would have two choices. You could either get to the foundation and correct the root of the problem, or you could spend time patching all the damage. However, by just patching the damage you would expect that in a short time the problems will have to be.....?

...Repaired Again... and Again...

In the second scenario, rather than realizing a true correction, we are relying on chiropractic as if it were a natural (and sometimes expensive) aspirin.

Now Let's Get You Back to Normal!

Instead of constantly repairing damage, at Serving Life Chiropractic, we have chosen to repair the underlying foundation and help your spine reach Normal Structure.

As you can understand, our services are not for everyone. However, if you are sick of always patching the problem and you are ready for a long term solution that you can not only FEEL, but SEE for yourself, then Elevate Chiropractic is the right place for you. After the foundation has been fixed, we will then teach you how to keep it that way through customized recommendations designed for your spine. This way, the problem does not return.
